     本公司生產的輕燒鎂粉是由41%、44%、45%、46%、47%含量菱鎂礦、水鎂石和由海水或鹵水中提取的氫氧化鎂經800~1000℃左右煆燒,使其分解排出CO2或H2O,即得到輕燒鎂粉,也稱輕燒氧化鎂、苛性氧化鎂或輕燒鎂,俗稱苦土粉。輕燒鎂粉質地疏鬆、化學活性大,既可以用於製造鎂水泥、菱鎂建材製品、隔熱保溫材料等,又是二步煆燒法生產優質鎂砂的中間產物。
     菱鎂礦的輕燒溫度、輕燒時間對輕燒鎂粉的活性有一定影響。將菱鎂礦分別於600、650、700、750、800、850和900℃進行煆燒,在15~90分鍾內700、750和800℃的煆燒溫度對輕燒鎂粉的活性沒有明顯的影響;600、650、850、900℃對活性的影響特別顯著,600、650℃煆燒時,活性隨著時間的延長明顯增加;850、900℃煆燒時活性隨著烴燒時間延長而明顯下降。
     菱鎂礦加熱時,600℃左右出現等軸晶係方鎂石;到650℃時等軸晶係方鎂石消失,有非等軸方鎂石產生;850℃時等軸晶係方鎂石完全消失。這些方鎂石晶格,由於出現點狀缺陷和位錯而具有較高的表麵能。MgO的晶格比MgCO3晶格群水不了多少,因而晶格間孔隙增大,氣孔率高,比表麵積大,且具有高的活性。

     輕燒鎂粉呈淡黃、淡褐色粉末,粒度大多在-100目以下,方鎂石結晶很小(<3μm),真比重3.07~3.22,積堆積密度0.8~1.2g/cm3,折射率1.68~1.70,晶格常數大(α=0.4212)晶格缺陷多,質地鬆脆,具有孔結構,反應活性大,易進行固相反應或燒結,與水作用生Mg(HO)2而硬化,有粘結能力。由菱鎂礦煆燒而成的輕燒氧化鎂粉,體積收縮5%左右;通常由於未完全分解而殘留有3%~5%的CO2。

Calcined magnesite at 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, and 900 ° C, respectively. The calcination temperatures of 700, 750, and 800 ° C within 15 to 90 minutes have no significant effect on the activity of lightly burned magnesium powder; The effects of 600, 650, 850, and 900 ° C on the activity were particularly significant. When calcined at 600, 650 ° C, the activity increased significantly with the extension of time; when calcined at 850, 900 ° C, the activity decreased significantly with the extension of the hydrocarbon burning time.

     When magnesite is heated, equiaxed periclase will appear around 600 ℃; at 650 ℃, the equiaxed periclase will disappear, and non-equal periclase will be produced; disappear completely. These periclase lattices have higher surface energy due to the appearance of point defects and dislocationss. The crystal lattice of MgO is not much water than the crystal lattice group of MgCO3, so the inter-lattice pores increase, the porosity is high, the specific surface area is large, and it has high activity.

     Light-burned magnesium powder is light yellow and light brown powder, most of the particle size is below -100 mesh, periclase crystals are very small (<3μm), true specific gravity is 3.07 ~ 3.22, bulk density is 0.8 ~ 1.2g / cm3, refractive index is 1.68 ~ 1.70, large lattice constant (α = 0.4212), many lattice defects, crisp texture, pore structure, high reactivity, easy to undergo solid phase reaction or sintering, and react with water to produce Mg (HO) 2 and harden.
